We always following all EPA and IICRC guidelines to properly remediate mold and any water damaged areas. We are a small, family owned business but we are still #1 for mold remediation in Florida. Cris at Titan remediation went above and beyond in dealing with our mold last month! I am pregnant and was very concerned about breathing in mold in our home, and he was prompt and thorough in effectively getting rid of it for us; my husband and I are so relieved. His customer service was like dealing with a caring uncle--he made sure I understood everything going on that caused the mold, how to prevent it going forward, and exactly what he was going to do to get rid of the existing mold.
