Introduction: I am a tax preparer registered with the IRS for over seven years. I do prepare individual tax returns, including rental properties, itemized deductions, self-employed 1099s, ITIN numbers, etc. as well as corporations. I am bilingual and can speak Spanish/English and some Portuguese. I also provide notary services and wedding ceremonies upon request as well as translations and immigration services. I am a licensed association manager and we offer property management for rental properties.
