Monica was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and even accommodated the exact time I needed, despite me giving her almost no notice. She arrived right on time, and her work was impeccable. She organized my husband’s closet so beautifully, and every detail was thoughtfully done.

Monique is a lovely person and I immediately liked her. She came on time and unpacked and helped place items neatly, in sensible cabinets. In addition, she helped wash and dry dishware, etc. and neatly broke down empty boxes to take out for recycling. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a 1 hour consultation / walk through of house or specific space that needs attention. After the consult, OCD Moe will compose a quote for the overall job. Hourly tasks may be offered if the project is a small job.
