I train remotely with Duane twice a week. The sessions are thorough and thoughtfully arranged. They are challenging without being impossible. I'm pleased with the results. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial consultation in the gym will include going over medical and physical history as well as an assessment. The assessment includes measurements and a run through of basic human movements. This will be an intro session to have you feeling like you know where you stand and will be the groundwork for creating a plan that best suits your body and goals.
