- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of work. I offer free estimates, and there are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. For the projects or returning customers, I may offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always starts with listening. I begin by understanding the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. Then, I assess the job site—either in person or through photos—and provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work, keep the customer updated throughout the project, and make sure everything is completed to their satisfaction. Clean-up and a final walk-through are always included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in electrical and electronics, and I completed the OSHA 10 certification for safety. CPR traning,My background includes hands-on experience, where I’ve developed strong skills in electrical systems, repairing, and general home improvement. My training has helped me work safely, efficiently, and up to code on every project.
