Our pricing reflects the quality, professionalism, and specialized equipment we bring to every job. Estimates are always free, and final quotes are based on the size, scope, and condition of the property. We offer package deals for multiple services, as well as discounts for recurring clients (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly service). No hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we start with a quick conversation or on-site visit to understand your needs and goals. We provide a transparent, no-obligation estimate based on the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time for you. On the day of service, we arrive on time, work efficiently, and treat your property with care. After completion, we do a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets or exceeds expectations before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I’ve completed hands-on training in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and surface restoration. I’ve invested in learning the safest and most effective cleaning techniques, including soft washing for delicate surfaces and the use of eco-friendly, property-safe solutions. Beyond technical skills, I’ve built my experience through years of serving high-end residential and commercial properties in Palm Beach County, focusing on delivering spotless results and exceptional customer service.
