- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to listings, I usually charge 2.5% and buyers compensation (optional) will be negotiated during appointment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment so I can personally conduct an analysis of their property. That way I can give opinion of value for the listing price we will set on the MLS. I will explain my marketing techniques and schedule a professional photographer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at the Gold Coast school of real estate. I have a designation as a military relocation professional. And I’m upgrading to broker status sometime this year.
