No one wants to experience a crash of their computer, let alone part with the resources to fix such a problem, however Rene was professional and clearly understood what the problem was. Unless you have a close friend or family member that really knows his or her stuff, you won't find a better tech. Better still is that he comes to you. Final note, he came to my home on Friday and had to bring the unit to his office; here it is Monday and I have my computer back better than ever. Can't ask for more than that.

My computer was totally loaded with virus and eventually stopped working. Rene was here the same day and corrected the problems quickly and fairly priced. What more could any customer want? Five of our neighbors now use, and rely on him with similar feelings. We have been using him for more than six years with wonderful results. I only wish he had been in New York when I had my own business (9 Retail stores) instead of being forced to use people who could not fix the problems correctly the first time and overcharged all the time.
