Never got to the lawn care part. Had a terrible time scheduling with these folks. Tried three different days. The last straw was an e-mail from the owner saying he would be there first thing after telling me the hours were 8-1pm. They didn't show up at 8 so I called at 930 they said they would be there around 1030, no heads on why they were late. Got a call at 1030 saying they'd be even later. I simply canceled.

We are sorry for the scheduling issues. Unfortunately, during that week, we had to get our main lawn mower fixed causing our schedule to get backed up. It was not our intention to inconvenience you. In our defense, although we did not give you a detailed explanation of our equipment problems (because honestly, no one really wants to hear that) , we did communicate with you vis email and phone often. Again, please accept our apologies and we would like you to reconsider the rating you gave us since we did not get to cut your lawn ~ I promise it would have been done with excellence. When you canceled, we had all the intention of giving the first cut free for your inconvenience, but it wad hard to squeeze in during the phone conversation.
