I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brandon and IDoIt Services.
Brandon recently started his own business after years and years of hands on experience in pool maintenance, and that experience truly shows. My saltwater pool had lost prime and, before I knew it, I was dealing with a significant algae outbreak. The water had turned an awful murky green, and I was genuinely worried about how difficult it would be to get the pool back under control.
Brandon came in, quickly figured out what was going on, and knew exactly how to address both the underlying issue and the algae problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and professional, but what impressed me just as much was how much he genuinely cared about getting the pool right. He took the time to explain what was happening rather than simply treating the symptoms, and his years of experience were evident every step of the way.
