Don't hire this guy. He seemed nice enough at first after we finally connected. Which was not all on him. I expressed to him what I needed. Explaining that after my husband's death I had quite a difficult ti.e and how our old tax guy, yelled at me and made a bad situation worse. He completed one set and then after sending the info fir the next set. The guy disappeared. I tried calling, texting, emailing and no response. I got a letter from the IRS pertaining to my return and now I don't know what to do. I had even sent an advanced payment for the next return he was start on. Look, if you don't have time or whatever be a professional and let someone know! Don't just stop with not as much as ... I'm, sorry I won't be able to continue. Anything!!! To not respond is totally unprofessional! I will finally get a chance to use my prepaid legal services. Because I want my money back that was advanced and also evidence of his activity with my sensitive information. You ask my suggestions for this guy: He needs to call the client when they have questions especially with something as serious as your taxes. And be professional about your work. Good grief.

I have to leave a review for these services that I have gotten for over five years with Mr. Cook . He does great work and very consistent. You pay for quality and I don’t mind recommending and fully supporting Mr. Cook. He knows his stuff!
