He identified the issue immediately and presented with a solution on the spot. He listened to what I had to say about the sprinklers issue asked the right questions, visited the house, confirmed his suspicions about the origin of the issue and submitted an estimate immediately. He did not wasted his time or mine. Once I agree with the solution and estimate, he fixed it immediately and sent me pictures. He also assessed all the sprinklers system and moved one sprinkler that was hidden and I did not noticed. Overall experience: GREAT SERVICE!!
