Martin did a great job. The installers salesman and inspectors for this company are wonderful. The office in West Palm Beach is terrible.!!

Mr. Harry Hayes took the time to go over the details and process, step by step, with me and was very patient with answering all my questions since this is all new to me. I really appreciated the care and consideration he showed with measuring and overall explanation as to not overwhelm me, as well as leaving a way of contact in case I needed further assistance with future questions. In summary, he was very professional and courteous throughout the whole interaction.

You have one heck of an amazing employee. Martin not only solved the issue with a couple of window screens, he also explained and demonstrated how to re move and insert the window screens. Very pleased with the outcome. Thanks.

Martin Heras was professional, knowledgeable and fast. He called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. My slider was fixed in no time flat. If all employees were like Martin, this world would have the best customer service! Yay Martin!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced based on the products selected, the number and size of the openings, and the installation requirements. NewSouth Window Solutions provides free consultations and detailed estimates so homeowners understand their options before making a decision. Financing and limited-time promotions may also be available for qualified customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to learn about your goals, evaluate your current windows or doors, and recommend options that fit your home. After the products are selected and custom measurements are completed, our team coordinates the installation and keeps you informed throughout the process. We aim to make replacement as easy and stress-free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team specializes in replacement windows, hurricane-impact products, exterior doors, and professionally installed home-improvement solutions. We are trained to help homeowners compare product styles, energy-efficiency features, impact-resistant options, and installation requirements. Our installers also follow established procedures designed to provide a secure, precise, and long-lasting fit.
