I am grateful to have found DeAngelo Gillespie in my local gym to guide me on my yoga journey. He brings a calming energy to his well balanced classes and focuses on the areas of yoga that are important to me: flexibility, strength, balance and mobility. His instruction is clear and concise so much so that I don’t have to see him in order to get into the pose. I would highly recommend taking a class with him!
