- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep the business pretty easy. If you have a smaller party I will go by hour to ensure proper payment for services. Bigger parties will be a flat rate plus tips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I still work in this industry in a craft beer bar. I am constantly attending new product events and staying up on what is new in the industry! I attend almost any new restaurant, bar, or club opening as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed money to pay for college! Cliche I know but once I picked up a bar tin the rest was history!
