We serve Winter Garden, Windermere, Orlando, Ocoee, Clermont, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Davenport and nearby areas. Clear communication, online booking and estimates available. We do not offer dry cleaning or tile and grout cleaning.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the service and the scope of the cleaning. Our minimum total for a service visit is $120. Upholstery, mattresses, and area rugs are priced based on the item and size. We provide clear pricing before the service begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough to assess the areas to be cleaned and identify stains or problem zones. We pre-treat high-traffic areas and stains, then deep clean using professional hot water extraction equipment. After cleaning, we do a final inspection with you to make sure you're completely satisfied with the results before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aurion Care uses professional cleaning equipment and appropriate cleaning methods for carpets, upholstery, mattresses, and area rugs, including professional hot water extraction and targeted stain and odor treatment.
