Pricing depends on the type of work, materials, and time required. I provide clear pricing before starting the job whenever possible. For larger or more complex projects, I can provide an estimate after evaluating the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer's needs and the project they have in mind. I ask questions, evaluate the work, explain the options, and provide clear pricing before moving forward. I then complete the work carefully and make sure everything is working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Electrical Engineering in Brazil and have specialized training in electrical systems and renewable energy. I also have extensive hands-on experience with electrical installations, troubleshooting, and residential and commercial projects.
