I have always wanted a flaked epoxy garage but it was one of those things where you can never find the time to empty your garage. Fast forward many years and I got a new house, an empty garage, and the opportunity to work with Julian. He’s on time, super detailed and thorough, all of the professional level equipment with a process to cover every inch and ensure the bond and cure is perfect. Multiple comments from everyone already on how great the garage floor looks. If I have another epoxy floor job, I’m going with Optimal Concrete Flooring and Julian!

Exceptionally satisfied with my new garage floor from Optimal Concrete Floor Coatings. Julian was very professional, gave a fair onsite proposal, and completed the job on schedule. The floor looks even better than the sample. Tidal Wave. Thank you very much.
