- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the time and complexity of the job. I always give an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. For larger projects I can offer a packaged price. I never charge hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a clear description of the job and a few photos if possible. Then I offer an estimate and explain what needs to be done. Once the customer approves, we schedule the visit. When I arrive, I confirm the details, complete the work, and walk the customer through everything before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied mechanical engineering and worked in industrial automation and maintenance for several years. I have strong experience with electrical systems, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and general repairs.
