FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in large residential homes — typically 4,000+ square feet — and our pricing reflects the premium quality and craftsmanship we deliver. A typical interior painting project ranges from $5,000+, depending on square, location, footage, number of rooms, ceiling height, and finish details. We provide detailed, transparent written quotes with no hidden fees or surprises. We don't compete on price — we compete on quality. If you're looking for the lowest bid, we're probably not the right fit. But if you want it done right the first time, we'd love to talk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your vision and assess the scope of the project. Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed written quote — no vague estimates. Once approved, we schedule your project (usually within 1–2 weeks) and handle everything from prep to final walkthrough. Our team protects all furniture, floors, and fixtures before a single brush touches the wall. We use premium paints and materials, and we don't leave until you're 100% satisfied. Our goal is simple: zero stress on your end, and a result that makes you proud every time you walk into the room.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training didn't come from a classroom — it came from decades of hands-on experience. There is no well-applied theory without years of practice, countless mistakes, and hard-earned victories. To reach true excellence in this craft, you need a technical eye — the kind that tells you when a surface isn't ready, when a finish is off, when the light will expose an imperfection the client hasn't noticed yet. That perception can't be taught in a course. It can only be built through time, repetition, and relentless attention to quality. That's the school we graduated from. And we never stopped learning.
