- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on clients' needs. Generally homes under 2500 sq ft are $150 and over 2500 sq ft are $200 and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Call, text or email me to set up a time to meet at the property. The average house under 2500 sq ft usually takes about 30 minutes to photograph and larger homes require up to 1.5 hours. -Please have a check or cash ready at the time of the photo shoot. -I will upload the edited photos to DROPBOX.COM and send you a link to the file. You will be able to download them for use on MLS within 48 hours.
