I reached out to Labella’s Home Improvement through Thumbtack and was immediately impressed by Frankie Minelli’s responsiveness and thorough approach. From the beginning, he was clear, communicative, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The work went beyond a simple roof repair. Frankie and his crew repaired our ceiling and roof, carefully matched the paint, and provided photo updates throughout the entire process so we could clearly see what was being done. That level of transparency really built trust. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue...he also identified and addressed other potential problem areas that could have become serious later, which is especially important here in Florida’s weather conditions. The work also comes with a warranty, which adds peace of mind....Great Job! In a situation where other contractors didn’t respond or follow through, Frankie stood out by being reliable, punctual, and highly conscientious. He explains everything clearly, backs it up with documentation, and genuinely takes pride in the quality of the work. Roofing is one of the most important parts of your home, and Frankie makes you feel like you’re in good hands from start to finish. The pricing was also very reasonable for the level of work and care provided. I would absolutely recommend Labella’s Home Improvement to anyone needing roof or ceiling repairs.

Frankie went above and beyond helping us repair our damaged soffit that was allowing pests in our attic. He did all the repairs same day at an incredibly fair price and even helped fix a few loose roof shingles while he was up there! I had a fantastic experience working with Frankie. He responded to my request in less than an hour and took the time to clearly walk me through the pricing and the work that needed to be done. Within just five hours, the repair was completely finished. Frankie shared multiple photos showing the progress and the final result, which I really appreciated. He even went the extra mile and fixed an additional issue he noticed while working on the roof. Super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. So we had a leak and unfortunately that caused the roof structure above the garage to be moulded and needed replacing. Frankie gave us a quote which was competitive and his team went to work quickly, first addressing the leak in the leading edge and then replacing the wood structure. They worked late in the evening but got the job done in 2 days. Amazing
