So we had a leak and unfortunately that caused the roof structure above the garage to be moulded and needed replacing. Frankie gave us a quote which was competitive and his team went to work quickly, first addressing the leak in the leading edge and then replacing the wood structure. They worked late in the evening but got the job done in 2 days. Amazing

I was pleased about everything that Frankie did! First, I was very impressed with his quick response to my search for soffit repair. Then his estimate was very reasonable, especially after I told him our budget and goals-nothing fancy! But the most important quality is that he went above and beyond; he repaired another piece of damage not included on the estimate because, as he said, “I wouldn’t charge you for something so minimal.”
