- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great new customer discounts for weekly pool service, green pool cleanups and more. Our pricing is fair and very transparent. No surprises and no weird extra fees. If your pool ever needs something outside the normal service we always tell you first. Ask about our current new customer promo. It is a really good one!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep everything as simple as possible. You can text us, call us or send a message here on Thumbtack and we can usually give you a quote right away. If needed we can swing by for a quick look and a nice chat. Our goal is to make starting service quick, easy and completely stress free. You should feel taken care of from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on training directly from experienced technicians who have been in the industry for many years. We also stay up to date with pool care best practices to make sure your water stays safe and crystal clear. Real world training plus ongoing learning is what keeps our quality high.
