Ray was very thorough and professional. While repairing the bathroom faucet he also discovered another issue at the main lock of valve that he’s was able to repair. He also located the meter box that was buried and raised it. He went above and beyond. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. Ray was extremely helpful to me and my grandkids. We had a clogged drain that backed up our tub for days. He was very responsive, honest, respectful, informative and professional. I was told what my issues were, how to take preventative measures and what problems I may run into in the future. The job was done efficiently, properly and I wasn't left feeling like I had such an extreme issue that I would need to take out a loan to repair it.
