Originally I was unsure about the upfront cost, but it was well worth it! We had a problem with rodents and Mike was thorough in finding all the areas they were getting in and came back a couple more times until the job was complete. When we were unsure the problem would get resolved, he stayed patient and positive the entire time. I recommend them to anyone having a major pest problem!

Mike was very friendly, answered all my questions, and did a very thorough job. I was given a one time fee (which I’m a big fan of) that was fair for everything I needed done. The work was done well and efficiently, and I feel secure in the knowledge that should any recurrence of pests happen before another inspection is due, I will receive the same level of service to fully resolve the issue. I plan on using Nature Safe as my go to here on out.

Mike has a customer for life now! Mike was extremely responsive with his texts and showed up early for both appointments! I loved how I was able to setup easily by texting. I am on video calls all day so being able to text is critical for me along with electronic payment. We even said on 2nd day of service I was going to be on a call and he said “no problem, I know where to go and what to do” and that’s how it went. But this leads me to why I trust Mike to do a job in my house. When he came out to asses the job it was a situation where if someone wanted to they could try and say it was worse than it really was but he didn’t. Having seen our issue before, we knew what it was - and we had a prior company try and tell us it was the more expensive issue. But Mike didn’t try to overcharge us. He was honest in his assessment and recommended treatment. That makes me trust him. And last reason is their products are better for humans, pets and the environment which is reason enough. Thank you Mike!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when a customer first contacts me, I like to ask what pest issue they are having. Then I work with them to schedule to inspect, and treat as soon as possible. once the treatment is completed we make sure to keep communication open.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified operator in the categories of GHP(General Household Pest Control) and WDO(Wood Destroying Organisms). I also am in the process of completing the public health vector license for the state(mosquito control).
