He was very courteous and was aware of checking repair cost vs replacement. Willing to show evidence of the problem before beginning to repair. I appreciate his mannerisms in dealing with his customers, I can't review his work as we're awaiting repair parts. I really like when a repairman doesn't treat you like you don't know anything and are an annoying cash register. Dai'Quan is not like that. Very amicable and honest by my perception.

Dai’Quan was extremely honest about the problem I was facing with a bathroom repair and gave me two creative solutions to choose from. In the end, he had to make two trips due to a mistake I made when buying a toilet. He was very dependable, did quality work, was always responsive and more than fair on price! I’ll be referring him to friends and using his services again!
