We rented a air bnb and at the time Ronald arrived we weren’t home we allowed him in and he got to work. We walked in to amazing smells and all of our things exactly the way we left them. Not only was the food amazing, but Ronald was very personable while still making us feel we were at a 5star restaurant. He took care of everything from table settings to cleanup. Overall great experience next time we are in Florida we will be contacting Prolific Fare!

If this app would have let me, I would have picked all 5 highlight options. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. From my initial with Chef Rahlo, I knew I was in good hands. His responsiveness is amazing, he’s genuine and a person of his word. Not to mention the food was amaaaaaaazing. It truly felt like he was apart of our group the moment he walked in. He understood how important this moment was and it truly showed. I promise you, you will be doing yourself a true disservice if you don’t book Chef Rahlo. I’ll be uploading photos when I get them. Thank you Chef, a million times over for helping make my surprise proposal night special.

Chef Ronald and Brittany were incredible! We had a group of ten for a surprise 40th birthday.. let’s just say they became family by the end of the night. From the moment Ronald and I connected, I knew he was our guy for the special event. From the appetizer to the dessert, Chef did not disappoint! Everyone of our guests enjoyed their meal and the great company they provided. Thank you guys again for making the birthday girls 40th a night to remember!

Chef Rallo was the BEST selection I made for my 40th Birthday Dinner. He made the process simple, personal and all the food options he listened sounded so great that it made my decision hard. He kept communication open and made me feel free to ask questions and made the menu what I wanted. My three course meal was Seafood Soiree, Bourbon Glazed Salmon with Paella, Brussel Sprouts and to close the meal I asked for a Banana Foster which he added a Bread Pudding and French cream. Needless to say everything was to die for!!! The portions were large enough for us to have two days worth of meals. Flavorful and every plate was at a ready to eat temperature. Chef’s table side manner was excellent! Very pleasant and explained each dish and what we were to expect from its flavor and ingredients. He was prompt and had dinner ready on time. He will definitely be my “Go to Chef” whenever I visit Orlando, hands down. He also gave me a birthday gift (a bottle of his salt free seasonings). I will be putting it on EVERYTHING!! Thank you so much Chef Rallo for making my day AWESOME EVENT!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic family style starts at $35 per person plus the cost of groceries, to a plated service being at $45 per person plus the cost of groceries. While $35 per person seems steep to some, the money isn't all going into the Chef's pocket. There is a lot of behind the scenes work that you don't get to see, and this is why our prices are what they are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation call. Once you decide you are ready to move forward, I will create 3 custom menus for you to choose from. (This is all about YOU so pick and choose how you like!) After you approve the menu, a down payment of half the total price is made to secure and book the date in my calendar. On the day of the event the remaining money is due. Then action time sit back, relax, and enjoy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with and A.S. in Culinary Arts from LeCordon Bleu Dallas. I am nationally certified by Servsafe as a Food Protection Manager (the certification needed to run a restaurant).
