Manny took the time to diagnose where the leak from my dishwasher was coming from, sent me links to buy the part and let me know how quickly and at what time he can return to install them (the day after I receive the parts at 6pm). He even looked at my stove & washing machine suggested a few options and sent me a link to the part I would need if the first option didn’t work for the oven.
