- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $99 hourly with a one hour minimum for On-site Tech Support. Also, due to Covid-19 we offer Remote Support at a reduced rate of $75 hourly with a one hour minimum. We accept any major credit or debit card. We give all clients free Antivirus and and a Cleaner. Unlike other companies, we do not charge per problem solved. So if you show us multiple devices, and we fix them in an hour, we only bill for one hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer tech support in 10 different cities and need to first determine a customer's location, and if they need On-Site, or Remote Support. Once that is established, we can schedule a time and location to meet.
