Pricing Remote Support: $99/hour (1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter) Onsite Service: $150/hour (1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter) No travel fees within the Orlando metro area. No hidden charges. No upsells. We charge for our time, not by the issue. If we solve multiple problems during the same session, it's still one service call. Quick Contact: Tell us what’s happening — slow computer, Wi-Fi dropouts, printer offline, smart-home setup, etc. Fast Assessment: We ask a few questions and confirm whether onsite or remote support is the best fit. Scheduling: We offer same-day or next-day appointments across Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, and surrounding areas. Onsite Service: Your technician arrives on time, explains the issue clearly, and gets to work.
