Overall it wasn't a horrible experience however it didn't leave the best impression either. I set this up due to my computer breaking down and needing to be repaired for school use primarily. The soonest appointment would be when I was working so I had my partner here to allow the tech in and do the work. Previously, I was asked for the components list because it was a custom computer. Once the work was completed and the tech paid, I got home and checked it out. Everything was good however the 1TB HDD was missing. Not physically, the computer was not recognizing it at all. I texted and advised of what was missing (the HDD is listed on the components list) and was asked if I had done anything as far as updates, being that it could've gone bad. I hadn't done anything to the computer at all aside from turning it on and checking the hard drives. Another appointment with the same tech was scheduled on a day I would be available to fix the missing hard drive. The day comes around, the hard drive is fixed and visible to the computer... and I'm charged a second fee? Being that I'm not a confrontational person, I paid it again even though it was to fix something from the previous repair. Essentially, instead of saving money I ended up paying the same exact amount I would've (if not more) brought the computer to Geek Squad or something like that. Lesson learned.

With our first visit, we felt the first person we worked with was satisfied when we left. They'd confirmed formatting both hard drives and the installation of Windows 10. The second visit, we worked with a different person who also seemed satisfied after we formatted both drives a second time, and installed Windows 11 for no additional cost. It is possible there was a miscommunication between two different parties at two different times as to what needed to be accomplished to ensure everyone was satisficed. We're very sorry. My computer was giving me an error that stopped it from working and I needed it for my job ASAP. AGeekOnDemand.com met with me the same day, resolved the problem quickly, and explained each step. I'm not great with computers, so I will definitely be contacting them again when I'm ready to set up my Smart Home. The technician was friendly and honest, and I would recommend to them to friends and family.
