I was born in Belgium, moved to Cali at 3 then came back at 10 until i was 15, learning how to properly speak, read and write was extremely difficult because there were so many grammatical rules even though I've always listened to French growing up from my parents and other family members. I'm of course a native French Speaker as well as my entire family, we're all from Belgium, France, Congo and Canada. So I know all the proper and slang vocabulary to help you speak just like a native speaker & help with pronunciation. I speak both English and French everyday over Whatsapp because yes, I'm a foreigner and I do know Spanish as well since they're very close for any Spanish or Latino wanting to learn.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask about their previous experience if they've ever had a class before and why they're looking for a new one if they're changing tutors. If it's their first time, I ask what their goal is and when they'd like to reach it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being born in Belgium, I've lived there from 9 until 15 after moving out from California, so I'm able to easily relate to non native English speakers because of the difference in the grammatical rules & pronunciation difficulties as well as spelling.
