Introduction: I have experience working professionally as a graphic designer both in-house and as an independent freelance artist. I have my certification in Graphic Design & Advertising and my bachelors in Computer Animation. Print, UI/UX, calligraphy, illustration (freehand or digital), packaging, multipage layouts, art direction, apparel and 3D design are all areas I specialize in. One nerd producing the work of many. Gwen's process for developing a brand is very thorough and she is excellent at getting to know you and what your brand is trying to convey. What was great is that I did not know exactly what logo, what colors, or what fonts fit my company's image. I had ideas, but could not quite put it all together. After Gwen got to know who I am, what my company is about, the customers I want to reach, and the feelings I want to invoke she materialized a brand that I am very proud of. Don't be shy to let Gwen know what your thoughts and visions are even if you think they might sounds silly to you. Every bit of information helps shape quickly what your brand looks and feels like.

Every project is different. I have general flat rates that I go by but I like to get a full briefing before committing to any pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Work together to create a bulletproof brief outlining clear expectations for the project 2. Sign a digital contract for the protection of both parties 3. Invite clients to a project managing software to keep things organized 4. Deliver final assets via Dropbox
