- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the scope of work (type of cleaning needed, the property's condition, size of the home, etc.) - we also offer discounts for recurring services and for rental properties. We do have an hourly option which runs at $50/hr with a 5 hour minimum. Please contact us directly for a quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes getting to you both you, your home, and your needs, as well as explaining our pricing structure carefully and answering any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of this business, I hold a degree in Economics & Finance as well as a certificate in Six Sigma principles and years of hands on management experience. I ran a cleaning business in Toronto, Canada & worked as a supervisor for the Ford Motor Company. As for my cleaners, they are all professionals with at least 5 years of experience and who hold clean criminal records. We hire individuals who are efficient and work strategically.
