- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge $40/hour and if a customer is on a budget, we can determine how much time for the cleaning that allots and work from a priority list. If a customer doesn't want a full cleaning, can do a mini cleaning that is just floors and bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know how many people and pets live in the home, how many square feet and bedrooms/bathrooms and like them to show me around their home so I'm familiar with the layout and where things are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning houses for 18 years and have a Bachelor's Degree and speak French and English fluently. I'm a certified teacher and have a clear background check.
