Frank was very prompt in providing a moving quote first thing in the morning. I was moving a one bedroom apt from Melbourne, FL to NYC. He was communicative and patient with me throughout the day, ready to answer any questions I had. In the end, I had to cancel my move, but Frank was understanding and kind. I still recommend this company because of the quick response time and great customer service.

Movers were very professional, polite and smart. They protected my furniture so that everything arrived at my apartment safely. They were very diligent and careful about how they moved the furnitures, even through tight spaces. They listened to what we needed, and were patient and polite even when we were being fussy. I have hired 5 other moving companies in the past. None of them came even close to the efficiency levels of Pick Up Movers. They conducted my last move and were just fantastic. I have had many of my valuables broken in the past. But these movers performed a miracle when they delivered each and every item I own undamaged to my new house. The movers deserve all the credits. They were just very experienced in every aspect. They knew exactly how to do the job properly.

Best experience moving ever. I travel a lot for business but this time I had to pay out of my pocket. I received quotes from a few companies and I decided to go with Pick Up Movers. A crew of 5 came over and they showed lots of experience and were polite. The guy in charge of the crew understood the stressful experience of moving and calm me down through the hole move. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Loading a truck is like playing a tetris game. many novice movers don't understand the importance of packing that truck tight, and right. This ensures that everything fits. Also, that movers may not ask, but we enjoy tips and food. It makes the job go smooth. LOL!
