Brian, the owner, prove to be one of the best providers we have found on thumbtack nationally and we have been using thumbtack and some of the other sites heavily nationwide for many years.
We had an emergency repair of a new water heater (AO Smith Top of the line model) over the holidays on the Friday night before Christmas and right before family arrived
Brian was flexible enough to work with a part that was delayed in transit and was able to get to our home late at night to do the repair.
A few weeks later, we found an issue and upon explaining and detailing the issue to brian - he stood behind his work and worked with our schedule to come back in and fix the issue.
You may find other good providers here in thumbtack, but you will find very few that stand behind their work as Brian does.
I know he and his company are popular here, but from our experience with Brian directly - he is worth the wait!

The Flush Club called me within 5 minutes of my 8 PM call to request service. Thomas came to my home at 8 AM today and within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had the problem with the drain pipe resolved. Thomas not only fixed the problem, he was friendly yet professional and kind to my dog!
