- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing services require a minimum purchase of 3 hours. Pricing starts at $125 +. Please check our website for pricing sandsorganizing.com/services. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients are nervous when they hire an organizer and that is understandable. There is nothing more personal than allowing someone in to your home to go through your personal belongings. It's important at the beginning of the session for us to discuss your needs, concerns and hopes for the end result. Our hope is to build a rapport with you that will put you at ease. Once your concerns have been noted, we will walk through the space with you. Most sessions begin by sorting belongings into categories and making decisions on what to keep, donate or toss. You will be supported through the entire process and the organizer will be hands-on involved throughout the process. Once sorting is complete, a system will be created for your personal needs and items will be placed in an organized manner to help maintain that system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of S & S Organizing has worked as a Professional Organizer since 2015. Our organizers have studied organizing strategies and are up-to-date on recent organizing trends.
