Florida Muay Thai strives in self defense training and conditioning through the art of Muay Thai and Kickboxing classes. Weight training is also available and conditioning classes. Nutritional orientation is provided to everyone of our customers since we believe it's one of the most important tools to have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that trainers have the education to take you where you want to go. Meaning experience wise and knowledge as well. We are not just trainers that tell clients what to do, but we are the kid of trainers that care individually about our customers.
