Introduction: If you want personalized attention to help you achieve your fitness goals, a private, one-hour session on my Pilates equipment is right for you. I also have experience teaching duets and groups both on the equipment and on the mat. Mat classes are currently available. I was chosen to teach a mat class for Taylor Swift and her dancers before one of her shows here in Orlando. I've worked extensively with Kristina Janolo, Miss Florida 2011, who went on to make Top 15 in the Miss America Pageant. Miss Orlando, Kalen Dennis, is a current client.
