- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I mentioned above - we offer competitive pricing - between 8% to 10% - for our property management services. We also have a Price Match Guarantee. Let's sit down and go over our fees and services line by line on any other proposal(s) you receive. You will be glad you did... You can choose from a variety of property management options - from just leasing and tenant screening - to full service property management and portfolio services. Additionally, we offer Home Watch Services where we take care of your home while you are away - and even while you are living there. Finally - we offer expert commercial property management. We have over 35 years of commercial property experience to assist you in making your commercial investments profitable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to you on the phone to find out about your property and investment needs. We will then send you a free rental aanalysis as well as our property management services information. We then schedule a time to talk in detail about our services and our property management agreement. We prefer to meet at your property. We sign the agreement and onboard you and your property into our system. Then we expertly handle everything with your property from that point on. You will have access to our 24/7 Owner's Portal where you will see your financial reports, property inspection reports, invoices, and the financial and physical status of your property in real time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Real Estate Finance bachelors degree from Indiana University. I have been a real estate broker and property manager for over 32 years. And I have been a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) since 1991. So I can use that investment knowledge to fine tune your current portfolio and advise you on expanding your property investments.
