- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, we only have 3 fees with no upfront costs or hidden fees. 1) Leasing/Tenant Placement 2) Monthly Management 3) Lease Renewal
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold both active Real Estate Broker and Associates Licenses. We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) with additional designations including Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company founder, Ron York, was involved in the construction and real estate industries in California at a young age where he assisted his father who was a general contractor. During one of the down cycles, Ron got a job managing an 88 unit apartment building. He then began to obtain his professional designations in the property management field and realized this was his true passion.
