It is not always about how well a company provides service when all goes as expected, but rather when things don't go as expected (to no fault of Elemental Plumbing) and how they respond to get to a point of satisfaction: that is what Rob and his team did for our family when the water heater that I purchased (on my own) and he offered to contact the vendor to perform a swap as the unit I purchased was defective.
This, to me, is more valuable than someone who does great work (which they did) as it provided me with a level of comfort that I did not have to work with the vendor from whom I bought the water heater.
The work they done was exemplary (and I am very picky) and they took the time to explain the reasons why they were going to perform the install, which was over and above what was required by the water heater manufacturer.
His rates were fair and well worth for the caliber of service I received.
I would not hesitate to contact Elemental Plumbing for my next plumbing needs and you should not hesitate as well!

Now, I have a new water heater installed by one of the Elemental Plumbing, I forgot his name and free from headache's of my old leaking water heater. That man was so responsiveness and punctuated. He was here on time, and sent me a text while he was on his way coming to my house. The plumber was very helpful by suggesting a bigger tank that holds more hot water which I did not have any idea about things like that. The man went to Home Depot and bought the tank and installed it the same day so fast. I like people like him, he is honest, hard working person and willing to do his job. I am definitely recommending Elemental Plumbing to whoever want to install a new water heater tank for the great work they have been done or doing for the homeowners. Keep up the great work!😀😄😃

My water heater was actually still under warranty and so, I was able to get it replaced. However, Elemental helped us so much without even coming out to the home! They helped us to trouble shoot the water heater and even sending us a video to use. He reached out same day and informed us to check warranty. I really appreciated how informative, helpful he was!
