We had just moved into our new house in Oviedo and desired a quick turn around for an epoxyfloor for our master bedroom space which was a former 2 car garage. Family C Multi Services responded quickly to our inquiry on Thumbtack to set up a consultation for the next day on a Sunday afternoon. The interaction was friendly, transparent with details, generous in design options to choose from, the pricing was fair and over-all, they were very professional. We felt the husband-wife team seemed very organized and dependable so we contracted with them, foregoing other consultation appointments with other companies. The process, including the grinding and cleaning of the surface to apply a vapor barrier on day one, then the epoxy to be laid out on day two, occurred all as originally detailed with timeliness, professionalism and inclusion so we could understand the steps in the process. They came back on day three to make sure the epoxy was setting correctly and we walked on it together. Instructions were given on how to wait for settling and ultimately how to care for our new floor. We will highly recommend this company to anyone needing these services as they exceeded our expectations in every area in the hope to have a beautiful and lasting epoxyfloor. Family C had wonderful communication throughout the project. I am very happy with their effort, work quality, and transparency. My floor needed to be sanded and patched before the epoxy applied and they did a wonderful job. I get so many compliments on the finished product. Great job.
