FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and transparent, based on the scope of the project, time required, and any materials needed. We believe in fairness and honesty—no hidden fees, and we always review costs with you before starting any work. A trip fee is typically included to cover drive time, site inspections, measurements, material purchases, and other necessary non-itemized tasks. Beyond that, all charges are itemized according to the project’s scope. We also provide detailed estimates in advance so you know exactly what to expect before the job begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start by discussing the project details to understand exactly what needs to be done. From there, I provide an estimate and go over the scope of work, timeline, and any materials that may be needed. Once everything is approved, we schedule a convenient time to begin the work. Throughout the process, I keep communication clear and consistent, and I always make sure the customer is satisfied with the finished results before considering the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides the many years of experience my husband has, he also has his Universal EPA 608 certification and has been employed for a large management company as a maintenance technician.
