Vivian returned my call and answered my many questions clearly. It turns out that I would lose my Homestead Exemption if I rented in Orlando, so I decided it wasn't best for me. Yet, Vivian continued to help me, answering multiple questions that I had. She was so generous with her time, even though she would not benefit from my business.
