Scott sold me my first home way back in 2005- he knew what I was looking for and he was just hired to sell a home he thought Id like, and thought of me special and called me the day it went for sale, showed it to me and I loved it and bought it! Ive referred him to my other friends who he has sold homes for, and they had good results and I think they were happy. I know he still keeps in touch with my other friends still to this day. Ive been talking to him about Real Estate now for many years, and have used many other related real estate people he has recommended to me like lenders, home inspectors, termite inspectors, Title agents too. Scott will always tell you exactly like it is, even if you dont want to hear it right then, and will always move the process forward. I can count on him to always remember every detail and to follow up onjust everything, you have no idea! I am a local Residential Repair Contractor, and have helped Scott rehab several of the homes he buys for investment or rental- we are just finishing one right now. So Ive seen him in action over many years and know you can count on him to take care of you like you were family.

Though Ive gone to Scott for Real Estate advice for lots of years, Ive never actually bought or sold a home with Scott as I live in Brevard County where the Orlando MLS doesnt work, yet Ive referred him my family, and he always does the kind of job and follow up that I think makes me look good for sharing his name. I cant think of anyone else Id rather use in Central Florida other than him. Hes so interested and enthusiastic about a TON of things, including being a Realtor, that it is a little over-whelming sometimes just the kind of person you need to pay attention in a large financial transaction like a home! Absolutely, he will do what he promises and always tell you what you need to hear.

I have seen Scott Garrison in action over the past many months and wanted to take a second to HIGHLY Recommend him whether you need to buy or sell a home here in Central Florida. Hes super organized, keeps track of everything and is honest and dependable. Hell tells me what I need to hear, even if I dont want to hear it right then. If he says you will need to offer over full price on a home to win against competing bids, you can believe him that you will need to do that. When he tells you what he thinks a home is worth, that is probably the right price. And Ive seen him sell a few homes quickly for MORE than Market Value several times! Hes been doing this since he was very young, I think its the only job hes ever had. He has a good team- a great lender he can recommend that you can trust that I like too, and a good home inspector. He has a small team and gives one-on-one personal service, you really get HIM not some assistant. He is the one who answers the phone. If you want a Realtor who is a real person, someone you can trust to get the job done, he would be the one I call again!

When I was in the market for a new home, which happen to be in an extremely competitive market, there was only one person I felt comfortable calling to guide me through it, and, of course, that was Scott.Ive known Scott for almost two decades, and, from prior experience with the purchase of two other homes through Scott, I was confident that he would work with me to find a great house within my budget. He was (and is) efficient, effective and motivated.Scott didnt disappoint me this time either. He referred me to a great broker where I was quickly pre-qualified. He listened to my needs and came up with a fantastic list of homes. The week after Thanksgiving we began the search, and, before the new year, I had purchased the perfect home for my needs in the exact location I wanted. He was there from the very beginning to the closing and, essentially, held my hand through the process maintaining a positive energy and remembering every detail. Ive know Scott Garrison for a good while and met him through a referral from a mutual friend who really likes him as a Realtor. I found him great to work with, and he does what he promises without needing any follow up. You always know whats next and where you stand with him, even if I didnt like to hear it at first. You can count on Scott. If he says it will be done or go certain way, it probably will! He has a great online presence over quite a few key sites for himself, so you know he can do the same for you when you need to Sell your home and get the word out. Whether you need to buy a home or sell one, like me, youll find he is just the kind of Realtor and person you have always hoped you can find to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to others! When you work with me to BUY a home, there is No Fee! If you are going to hire a professional, and it's FREE, you should hire the one with the most experience and a proven track record. Why work with a new agent? When you hire me to SELL your home, All fees are negotiable and I am a Full-Service Realtor who charges the same general fee as all Realtors do, however my 35 Years of full-time experience selling thousands of homes allows me to get you MORE...WAY more... for your home, faster, for the same fee than a newer agent who is still "practicing" on you and your property would charge you. If my experience gets you even 2 or 3% more for your home, that's adds a fortune to your bottom line!
