Introduction: I find that most students have a mental block to math or to the math aspect of sciences and are overwhelmed by the subject. I try to understand that and I adapt my tutoring to address the problem. Some students have ADHD and this requires both understanding and patience. To me the student comes first and I feel my job is to restore their confidence and then build on that. Helping students regain their confidence so that math is no longer viewed with dread

This is a very effective tutor. He is surprisingly familiar with many subjects (especially mathematics and science) and is capable of giving students an understanding of material that is far beyond just showing "the steps".
