every job varies due to different types of carpets and situations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone consultation so we can have a good idea of the customers carpet issues and then scheduling and a bid over the phone. We arrive on time, at the time an exact bid is given if everyone agrees we get the job done and we have another satisfied customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 15 years in carpet and can fix anything to new quality.
