My history in the business has shown many poor standards within the industry for service quality. Most companies just assume that this can't be changed, and for many of them they might be true. However, if we build quality service into the DNA of the business from the beginning then our model will continue to offer a pleasant customer experience. We can do more and we're willing to prove it.
After 20 years of working on windows and loving being outside, working with my hands and running my own business I can honestly say that my favorite part is working with great people whether customers, employees, subcontractors and so on. Great relationships are the greatest value.

Window installation--I called Chris to replace a window that had significant wood rot. His team was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Chris did a great job with the install of the new windows in my home. It was a tough job pleasing the HOA and working around their STUPID requirements of not altering the outside of the building, but Chris was able to retro-fit the frames and get me windows that looked great and practically eliminated the sound from the outside. All the install work was done in a day and he left no mess. Couldn't be happier with the work and the quality of the windows.

I needed a window put in a room that didn't have one due to remodeling. It was about 3 stories off the ground. They were timely coming for an estimate and getting it to me. After the window was installed the supervisor came to check it out. He found it was not done to his standards and asked if we would mind if he helped his person redo it correctly. We said of course. We didn't really see an issue but he did and to us that is a big deal. The window looks great and done to the company's satisfaction which apparently was higher than ours. Thank you for great work and we will use you again if in the future we need any type of home improvement work.

I had four different companies come to my home for an estimate. It wasn't only overwhelming, in it it was also VERY costly. I found Chris thru word if mouth and I just knew right away he was the one we would be going with. The same product, the same window, in all cases even a better product. They came in took all my custom blinds down, when finished put every single one up in perfect condition. ALL other companies charged more for this service. I was MORE than satisfied, and I'm not always easy to please!

A burglar broke our patio door. Deakon services was contacted and showed up quickly and gave a fair price on a new door. They removed the old door and installed an even better door much faster than I would have expected. I would use them again if I had anymore home improvements tasks.
