- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, upfront, and based on complexity—not guesswork. Individual tax preparation typically starts at $99, with pricing adjusted for additional forms, dependents, self-employment, real estate, or tax debt matters. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we review pricing before we begin any work. Our goal is to make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for and why so there are no surprises. Clients often save more than our fee through proper credits, deductions, and tax strategy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, secure, and stress-free: Secure Intake – You’ll receive a private link to complete your intake and upload documents. Document Review – We review everything carefully to ensure accuracy and maximize eligible credits. Onboarding Call (if needed) – We walk through your situation, answer questions, and clarify next steps. Preparation & Quality Check – Your return is prepared and double-checked for compliance and accuracy. Review & Filing – We review results with you before filing so you stay informed and confident. We work remotely and in-office, making it easy no matter your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain ongoing IRS provided education to stay current with tax law changes. In addition, I specialize in: Individual & small business tax preparation Real estate investor tax strategies Tax debt resolution & compliance Financial education and planning fundamentals I also operate under a Written Information Security Plan (WISP) to protect your personal and financial data because trust matters
