Tech did a great job. The person who handled the estimate did not - we ended up paying more than twice the estimated fee, as they didn’t list all the rooms and pets correctly.

Hi Vanessa, thank you for the feedback. We are very glad to hear the technician did a great job, but sorry there was frustration regarding the final price.
Pricing is based on the number of areas being cleaned and the size of those areas. The original estimate was provided for 3 standard-sized rooms, but upon arrival the areas were larger than standard and additional services, including stairs and a hallway, were added to the appointment. Because of that, the final invoice was adjusted after the on-site walkthrough was completed.
We understand that unexpected price changes can be frustrating and appreciate the feedback. It will be used to continue improving the estimating and communication process moving forward. Thank you again for choosing Voda and for recognizing the technician’s work.
